Punch List & Repairs

MGE understands that your onsite staff may need additional help with unit punch-outs during busy seasons. So, we developed a service to assist you during those high-turnover times.

Submit your punch-out list through our client portal, or give us a call. Our team will complete all items on the list and provide you with a detailed parts list. We charge a fixed rate for major replacement items, and you have the option to provide the parts or purchase them from us at a competitive price.

Popcorn Removal & Painting Service

MGE Contracting is a CleanCut Independent Installer which installs three types of bathtub conversions which add step-in and walk-through accessibility to your bathtub. We have a standard conversion, an ultra-low kit for tub profiles that are 15” or taller, and a convertible conversion which features a removable water-tight insert to easily transition from shower to full bath.
